Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and/or making purchases from Steve's Trax, you agree without exception to all terms and conditions listed. We may, at any time, modify these terms of service. If you do not agree with any of these terms of service, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

License of Backing Tracks

All backing tracks and any rights associated with the music remain the property of Steve's Trax and are offered for license only. The backing tracks should not be altered, modified, edited, broadcast or used for commercial recordings without the express permission of Steve's Trax. Use by third parties, lending, hiring or re-selling is strictly forbidden.

Purchase of backing tracks from Steve's Trax includes the audio recording/s and the rights to use the audio recording/s for your own live performance only.

Steve's Trax is licensed with MCPS and, as such, pays all appropriate royalties for recording of musical works into customised musical products.

Prices & Payment

All prices and charges on the Steve's Trax Website are shown in UK Pounds Sterling.

We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases: WorldPay (all major credit and debit cards) and PayPal.

For orders placed by post, please submit cheque (made payable to Steve's Trax) or Postal Order. Please note, cheques will be subject to clearance prior to dispatch of tracks.

Steve's Trax is not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination.

Ordering

Please see the 'Ordering Tracks' tab on the Steve's Trax Website for information on how to place an order. You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until the point at which you submit your order by clicking the 'Confirm Order' button on the Checkout page.

All orders made by you through the website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.

Our Website is a secure site, and all data received via this site and any data received by us in relation to you ordering the music from us shall be kept strictly private and confidential in accordance with the Data Protection legislation. We will not pass your personal data to any other party.

Steve's Trax reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse to supply customers with backing tracks at their sole discretion.

Delivery Policy

On receipt of purchase, an audio recording of each licensed backing track will be supplied in the format required; either via email in MP3 format or on Audio CD / MiniDisc. Backing tracks supplied by post will be sent by 1st Class Royal Mail (UK orders) or Airmail Parcels (international orders).

Steve's Trax will endeavour to process all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, ensuring that our products leave our premises in a complete and usable state and condition.

Steve's Trax shall not be liable for any for any loss or damage whatever regarding failure to deliver the goods to you promptly or at all or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Replacement & Refund Policy

In the event of a technical fault with any backing track, this must be reported within 7 days.

Damaged tracks will only be exchanged for the same title/key/arrangement.

Due to the ease at which digital data can be copied, refunds cannot be given for incorrect ordering of track titles, track format, key changes or instrument amendments. We are unable to accept any backing tracks returned for credit or exchange unless supplied in error by Steve's Trax.

In exceptional circumstances a refund may be granted. This is at the sole discretion of Steve's Trax.

All materials (including, without limitation, all designs, text, graphics and their selection and arrangement) on this website are the copyright of Steve's Trax. No material on this web site may be copied or reproduced in any form whatsoever, whether physical, electronic or otherwise, without the express, prior, written consent of Steve's Trax.

All brand names, product names and/or service names used in this Website are trademarks, trade names, service marks or copyrights of their respective holders.
